A guest who has just driven four hours sees the entrance mat, the lobby floor, the front glass and the washroom off the lobby before they reach your desk. The impression is finished before anyone says hello.
Northern properties get the hard version of this. Winter walks salt, sand and melt water through the front door for five months. Summer brings sand off the beach, wet gear, coolers, dogs and gravel road dust. The shoulder seasons swing from full to empty and back with very little warning.
Smaller properties end up covering cleaning with whoever is on shift. That works on a slow Tuesday. It does not work on the weekend that actually matters, which is the weekend most likely to end up in a review.
One photo of a tired lobby or a neglected corner stays on your listing for the whole next booking season, and it gets read by every guest deciding between you and the property down the highway.
Cleanliness scores move occupancy. A slipped score costs you rooms in exactly the weeks that carry the rest of the year, and there is no rate promotion that fully buys them back.
Brand standards are enforced on a schedule you do not set. A failed inspection item means a corrective plan, a re-inspection, and management time you had budgeted for something else.
Repeat business is the part that hurts most. Crews working a project, corporate accounts, tournament teams and the parties who book next season before they check out all decide on the same thing, and none of them tell you they are not coming back.
If there is a gap between what your own staff can hold and what your standard requires, tell us where it sits and we will scope it. We would rather price the real problem than a package.

We scope the year around your open and close dates: the clean that gets the property ready before the first guests arrive, maintenance on common buildings and washrooms through the season, dining hall and kitchen exhaust cleaning, and the close down clean when the season ends.
Staffing a fourteen week season means recruiting in the spring, training people during your first busy week, and covering the hole when somebody leaves in August. The properties with the most riding on the summer are usually the ones with the least slack to absorb any of that.
A cleaning contract moves that off your desk. We hold the scope and the schedule, and we plan the season with you before it starts rather than in the middle of it. If you only need coverage at peak, say so and we will scope a seasonal agreement instead of a year round one.
